The Cabinet Office is now recruiting for their 2009 Summer Placement Scheme for students and graduates who are disabled and interested in a career in the Civil Service. You can apply from 3rd November 2008 and the closing date is 5th January 2009. Goverment Economic Service Open Day

The GES is organizing an open day on Friday 24th October in London. It is aimed specifically at students who are interested in careers as fast stream government economists and includes details about the application process as well as giving students the opportunity to talk to economists from a range of government departments.
