Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) are a three way project between a graduate, a company (or other organisation) and a university (or other research / education centre). They offer a great opportunity to take ownership of a key project whilst applying skills from your degree and often gaining a further professional qualification.
Under the KTP Scheme, the University of Northampton have teamed up with STS Motors Ltd to create a graduate role for a Motor Design Engineer. They are looking for an Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics or similar disciplined graduate. For more information see our website.
More information about KTPs in general can be found at www.ktponline.org.uk
