ACB (Actual Customer Behaviour) is a unique customer behavioural research consultancy based in the Sussex Innovation Centre on the University of Sussex Campus. They combine the latest techniques in digital and video ethnography with advanced psychological behavioural research to analyse customer behaviours in a natural context.

Brighton University CMIS Open Day

Creative Industry Workshop
